We trust you will love your Flower in a Box. If in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us via email and we will endeavour to rectify the issues.
Please note:
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for change of mind once item is delivered or asked to be within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email enquiry@flowerinabox.com.au within 24 hours of your order due to be delivered otherwise your request will not be accepted.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES apply to FAULTY or WRONG products being delivered, if that is the case, please contact the team within 48 hours.
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or failure to view shipping information as items are made to order.
